Return Process

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

For damaged or defective items, please provide high-resolution photos of the belt and packaging to expedite our quality control review process.

Once approved, place the belt in its original protective carry bag and shipping box to ensure it is not scratched during transit.
